Comet Properties Limited has finally introduced a new site at Abokobi known as Nova Afrakoma Estates. The new city is a two kilometre property with top quality functional and executive homes built for the teaming cliental in the middle class.

The concept of the Nova Afrakoma is based on greening and eco-friendliness.

Speaking at the launch of the new development estate, Mr. Kwasi Preprah, the Managing Director of Comet Properties Limited noted that the new site marks another milestone in the history of the company since it was established in 2002.

He added that from onset, Comet has distinguished itself from other estate developing companies by ensuring that every property they set up comes with essential amenities like roads, water, electricity and other vital services.

“The problem in Ghana is that there is no development control- where schools should be built, you would see churches there and where you should have a playground for children, you would see a housing facility there.

However, we at Comet Properties Limited have a vision; and that vision is to transform virgin lands into modern cities”, Mr. Preprah said.

He ended by stating that the new Nova Afrakoma Estate would come with “reliable electricity, constant supply of water and modern infrastructure like renewable energy, recreational and fun parks for kids, medical centres, police stations and schools”.
