TATA Enganges Customers By Organizing “Friday With TATA”

Tata Africa Holdings (Ghana) Limited (TAHGL), last Friday engaged with their customers through an event dubbed “Friday with TATA”, at their premises 39-40 Adjumah Cresent, South industrial Area in Accra.

The event which entered its second year running, this year, brought together with its loyal TATA customers as well as prospective ones from various walks of life to TATA premises for an interactive session with the company’s management.

Management of TATA took the audience through their numerous products and services, and assured them of TATA’s commitment to provide premium services to their customers.

General Manager of TATA Africa Holdings (Ghana) Ltd, Mr Vivek Saraswat said, “It is important to rebuild customer confidence after the June 3 floods which destroyed their property in Accra and to assure them of TATA’s unwavering assistance”.

Customers were also given the opportunity to ask questions about TATA’s product and services during the event.

The event also showed appreciation to customers for their Sincere support for the TATA brand over the years. “TATA will continue to recognise customers’ commitment and provide them with quality services at all time,” Mr Vivek added.

After the interactive session, TATA showcased their range of vehicles to participants and informed them about TATA’s consumer financing packages with some banks in Ghana. Customers were also introduced to after sales services TATA offers to those who purchase their vehicles.

TATA Ghana not only market vehicles and spare-parts, but also has presence in the pharmaceutical, steel and ICT industries.

TAHGL has invested over 10 million USD in Ghana on infrastructure to promote various TATA businesses. Going forward, Tata intend to focus on its network expansion across the country and improve availability of spare-parts
