Metropolitan Insurance Company Limited (MET) has presented a cheque for One Hundred and Three Thousand, Two hundred and ninety-eight Ghana cedis and thirty-one pesewas (GH�103,298.31) as claim on Motor Comprehensive Policy to A. J. Fanj Construction at a short ceremony in Kumasi.
The Branch Manager, Reese Mensah-Daniels who made the presentation on behalf of MET Insurance, renewed his company's commitment to deliver to its corporate and individual clients, competent insurance service. According to him, MET will continue to pay promptly all genuine and valid claims and deliver service that far exceeds their clients� expectations without going through a rigorous bureaucratic process.
After the presentation, Mr. Mensah-Daniels said that he was also excited that Met Insurance and A.J.Fanj Limited have reached some form of agreement aimed at improving the risk profile of the Company. In this regard, A.J. Fanj will put in place some risk management practices whilst Met insurance will support by facilitating seminars and workshops for the drivers and supervisors of the company.
In his response, Mr. Joseph Mensah -- the Administrative Manager of AJ Fanj Construction & Engineering Limited, thanked MET Insurance for honoring its obligations under the insurance contract and entreated MET Insurance to continue keeping up with its professional approach to service delivery and prompt response to clients' needs.
He said that his company has already put in place a number of safety and risk management procedures to reduce the number of accidents suffered by the Company. He thanked MET insurance and also pledged that they will continue to collaborate with MET on all issues related to insurance.
Mr. Joseph Mensah also avowed his conviction that the good business relationship between MET and his Company will be further strengthened by this event to their mutual benefit.
