The absurd spectacle we witnessed a couple of days ago at the Kotoka International Airport when President Mills returned from USA from medical treatment that was euphemistically termed as medical check up should worry any Ghanaian who has any respect for the office of the Presidency.

After critically analysing President Mills the last few weeks, I have realised he missed his calling in life. He could have been a better Comedian than what he is acting to be, a President that he is not. Mills could have made a lot of money being a Comdian and become famous leaving Ghanaians with everlasting good memories than what we will remember him by as a President who will become just a footnote when recounting the memories of others who ruled our country. How in Gods' name did Mills reduce himself to a theatrical comic at the Kotoka International Airport like a SUPER O.D of OSOFO DAZIE FAME? If Mills want to be a Comedian, it is not too late but we don't want our President to become the butt of jokes around the world so he should put a stop to that comedic behaviour now. There is a clear line between being jovial and a complete joker. The three stooges act he put up at the Airport is not Presidential.

A regular contributor to the comment section in the forum and a friend of mine, BOAGYAA APPIAH-KUBI,CONN. wrote an apt description of what is going on behind the scenes by these people, the Ahwois, Koku and Asiedu Mosquito Nketiah. Mills is just like a puppet on strings and being played like a yoyo obeying every intructions by the pull of a string.

Prof. sore, na wa sore, Prof. hurihuri, na wa hurihuri Prof. tumirika, na wode ahyem (running) The Prof. eye, tena ase, na watena ase.

How did we get here where our President has been reduced to a comedian under the thumb of the Ahwois, Koku, Ablakwa, Asiedu Mosquito Nketiah and those never do wells parading the corridos of power? No President of a sound mind in full glare of the world will jog in suit under the searing heat of the African heat to prove that he is strong and energized just for going through a medical check up, but leave it to our so obedient President, he will do anything his handlers tell him to do without taking into consideration his ailing health.

Folks if you did not witness or read what happened at the Kotoka International Airport when Mills returned from USA where a 'normal' check up energized and made him strong, let me apprise you with what took place there and judge for yourself if such a medieval behaviour did anything to alleviate how Ghanaians think about the health status of Mills. Mills pronouncements before he left Ghana two weeks ago and what he said upon his return and the behaviour he put up at the Airport has confirmed my belief that, all is not well mentally and Pysically with him.

NDC propaganda machine organized its supporters from various points of Accra, distributed T-shirts and five cedis each to these unemployed 'Korbolors' for akpeteshie and bussed them to the Airport to welcome a President who was miraculously cured just by medical check up and Mills showed his appreciation by disclosing this information;

"The President disclosed that the results of his check-up were encouraging and that it was his doctors who suggested he took the check-up in the United States rather than in Ghana. It is not an issue to have a regular medical check-up in Ghana. However my doctors felt that for one or two reasons which require more comprehension, we should go outside the country, he added."

The President in his enthustiatic mood to show how strong and energized a mere temperature and blood pressure check has energized him started jogging in his Black suit, white shirt,Italian Black shoes and blue tie flying.The President, who was holding a miniature Ghana flag in his left hand and pointing it towards heaven, seemed to be enjoying the cheers and started jogging even faster as he headed towards the hundreds of National Democratic Congress (NDC) members who had been bused to the airport to welcome him.

Who put the President or advised Mills to make a spectakle of himself for the whole world to see how some African leaders have taken leave of their senses in acting in such an undignified manner not befitting even a President of a Banana Republic? Mills should have respect for himself and the country and stop opening Ghana to ridicule with his behaviour and utterances. Mills behaviour at the Airport was unpresidential and he should not do such a thing again. If we want a comic relief, we know where to go to get 'our laughter on'. Enough said.
