Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has launched the country's National Integrated Programme aimed at fighting Transnational Organised Crime.
It also focuses on strengthening the nation's criminal justice system in a co-ordinated and comprehensive manner.
Vice President Amissah-Arthur said the government is determined to implement the programme to make Ghana unattractive for all forms of transnational crimes.
Ghana's development partners pledged to support the government to implement the programme.
The UN office on Drugs and Crimes for West and Central Africa was instrumental in putting the programme together.
