If Policemen who are mandated by law to protect and enforce laws are stealing from civilians then what’s the essence of placing them at checkpoints to check crime?
In a video sighted by GhanaCelebrities.com, a policeman is captured on camera stealing a mobile phone an unidentified person left on the counter of a forex bureau at Marina Mall.
The police officer in a discussion with the official present picked the mobile phone and quickly left the scene but little did he know that there is a Closed Circuit Television CCTV camera capturing his moves.
An official report has been lodged at the Airport Police Station with the CCTV footage which reveals the identity of the policeman.

Until convicted by law for stealing, he cannot be said to have committed any crime. It could be he left it there early on. Until proven guilty, he hasnt comitted any crime.
