The Central Regional Minister, Mrs Ama Benyiwa-Doe, has led a delegation to visit the dilapidated structure housing the Musunkwa Methodist Primary and JHS in the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese District.
The visit to the school followed a newspaper publication that showed the schools mud structure which had its roofing hanging, posing danger to pupils and teachers. Mrs. Benyiwa Doe said she would ensure that a new building was constructed for the JHS.
Mr. William Atta Mends, the District Chief Executive, assured the community that a JHS block would soon be built while plans are underway to hook the area to the national grid latest by the end of Junet.
Some residents of Musunkwa appealed to the government to provide a new library with books and also provide them with a borehole and good roads.
