The Ministry of Education says any Head of Institution who goes contrary to guidelines for charging school fees will face sanctions including demotion.
Public Relations Director of the Ministry, Paul Krampa told Radio Ghana that in two months, about 300 complaints from the public regarding unauthorized school fees charged by heads of Institutions have been received.
He said regarding PTA and teacher motivation dues, the heads are first required to seek approval from the Director General of the Ghana Education Service before levying students.
