As tomorrow marks the official day for members of the organised labour to embark on their planned demonstration to register their displeasure at current difficulties facing the economy, teachers across the country have been warned not to dare step foot in any classroom.
The Public Relations Officer for the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), Peter Korda, issued this stern warning in an interview with Peace FM. He confirmed the participation of GNAT in tomorrows workers nationwide strike.
According to him, the National Association of Teachers is fully taking part in not only the National Demonstration but the Regional ones as well. So we are fully participating in everything. Teachers would not be going to the classrooms because we are fully participating in the demonstration.
