The Koforidua Regional Hospital has appealed to individuals and organizations to donate blood to the Hospital to help save lives.
In a press release, the Hospital explained that often, on festive seasons like Easter and Christmas, the demand for blood to save lives do increase and therefore in anticipation of any likely increase in demand, the Hospital was appealing to all residents in the Eastern Region to donate blood to the Blood Bank of the Hospital to enable the Hospital to meet any demand of blood.
The release said the Blood Bank of the Hospital would remain opened throughout the day for individuals, organizations and church groups to donate blood to the hospital to help save life.
