President John Mahama, has again assured the people of the Volta Region that the NDC will not take their support for granted.
Addressing a rally at Agortime Kpetoe in the Agortime-Ziope constituency, President Mahama again emphasised that equity in education must be matched with access, that is why the NDC is rolling out a number of educational policies.
He said when it comes to education, the NDC has an unbeatable track record.
President Mahama announced that ten new teacher training colleges will be built across the country, and Agortime Kpetoe is one of the towns to be considered for a training college.
The President also used the occasion to introduce the aspiring MP for the Agortime Ziope constituency Juliana Azuma Mensah. He urged the electorates not to vote skirt and blouse.
