The Ghana Revenue Authority and four other Ministries are to appear before the Judgement Commission on Monday September 30.
The others are the Attorney General/Solicitor General, Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing (Technical Service Centre).
A statement signed by Mr George William Dove, Public Relations Officer of the Commission, said they are at a liberty to appear with lawyers and reminds the public that public sitting would held at 10am each day.
The statement said members of the public who wish to testify or volunteer information are first to report at the commission�s office to give their statement and the commission will schedule date for them to give evidence.
It said: �All those who intend to testify or volunteer information to the commission but are unable to be present in person are requested to submit memoranda to the commission and all such memoranda will be treated confidentially�.
