Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, Hon. Mrs Rachel Nana Adwoa Appoh Opoku has donated twenty(20) sewing machines each to twenty dressmaking graduands at Gomoa Afransi in the Central Region to start work with.
The former Deputy Gender and Social Protection Minister took the opportunity to advise the graduands and youth in the area to take their studies very serious and not allow hard conditions to jeopardise their dreams of becoming successful in life.
According to her, the youth should take their education serious being it Vocational, Technical or Secondary.
Adding that they should take their Vocational and Technical education also serious as there are many benefits and advantages in it.
The Tailors and Dressmakers Association at Gomoa Afransi zone graduated 20 ladies at Gomoa Afransi.
Hon. Mrs Rachel Nana Adwoa Appoh Opoku advised the graduands again to have vision and task themselves what they intend to acheive in future.
"They should work hard and focus in life," she stressed.
