The ‘fight’ between two anti-corruption campaigners is likely to end up with a possible collaboration – maybe the duo might investigate Ghana’s Parliamentarians.
Ace Investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas said his doors are opened for all including the Former Attorney General, Martin Amidu for collaboration in his next undercover work.
Martin Amidu in recent times has claimed that the journalist [Anas] is operating a fraudulent company - the ‘Citizen vigilante’ in his missives chided Anas and described his team [Tiger Eye PI] as “fraudulent” and “dummy.”
He alleged that Anas had edited and sheltered an exposé on some of Ghana’s Parliamentarians - he however supported his claims that Anas conspired with government to cover up the piece.
Reacting to Amidu’s accusations – Anas opined that the former minister must “respect his style of fighting corruption” – Adding that - “you don’t need a certificate to fight corruption.”
Speaking on Accra-based JOY FM the legendary investigator hinted that he will enthusiastically work with Amidu if he [Amidu] wants to.
“If uncle Amidu want us to collaborate, fine, we can work. Maybe we can work on the MPs [Member of Parliaments]” he said.
He maintained that – “My doors are opened for all collaboration. I am ready to work with all provided the person is genuine.”
