Mr. Kufuor commenting further said effective leadership is very critical to create the mindset for the implementation of the post 2015 agenda on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), entreating governments in the continent to create the conditions under which the SDGs should be delivered.

"Africa leaders must learn how to negotiate with the potential investors both national, local regional and global levels to help actualize the effective implementation of the sustainable development goals in order to propel socio-economic growth on the continent," Mr. Kufuor asserted.
