A pastor has appealed to Ghanaians to pray for the leaders of the nation for God's guidance in their efforts to bring development to the people.
The Reverend John Appiah, President of the Faith Outreach Ministry, said it was also important for all to accord leaders respect and support.
Preaching at a thanksgiving service to round off a five-day crusade in Kumasi on Sunday, he said people had to offer constructive criticisms to enable the leaders become more focussed.
Te Rev Appiah said no leader would achieve success without cooperation from the people.
He said it was time Ghanaians shun political, ethnic and religious differences and be supportive to development projects initiated by leaders to improve the living standards of the people.
