The Agona Swedru Motor Transport Traffic Police has appealed to the public to help trace the relatives of Kobina Narh, currently on admission at the Agona Swedru Government Hospital.
Mr Narh was knocked down by a hit-and-run driver at Gomoa Osamkrom on the Winneba Junction-Agona Swedru section of the road, on July 14, at about 0900 hours.
Police Inspector Jackson Emmanuel Ntiti of the Unit, who made the appeal through the Ghana News Agency at Agona Swedru, said on that
day 14, the Police received a telephone call that someone was lying beside the road at Gomoa Osamkrom in a semi-conscious condition.
He said the Police went to the spot and found the victim who gave his name as Kobina Narh and rushed him to the Agona Swedru Hospital.
According to Inspector Ntiri, the victim who said he hails from Ada in the Greater Accra Region speaks Fante, Twi and Dangme. He said all efforts by the police to trace the relatives had been in vain.
