Michael Ofosu Frimpong, the fourth prosecution witness in the trial of Amina Mohammed, the lady at the centre of the Yutong bus mass rape saga, has been recalled by an Accra Circuit Court Judge, Patience Mills Tetteh, to be further cross examined.
Michael, who is a trader in his earlier witness submission in an open court, had alleged that some New Patriotic Party (NPP) members attempted to bribe him with GH90,000 (90million) over the issue. The judge granted the motion after the defence counsel, AppiahKubi, prayed the court to recall the fourth prosecution witness for further cross examination. He is to re-appear in court on October 13, 2011.
