Juliana Konamah, the 44-year old nurse who was arrested last Thursday for slapping a uniformed police officer has been fined by an Accra Magistrate Court.
She pleaded guilty to three charges of assault and was consequently fined 30 penalty units for each charge and five penalty units for motor offence.
This was after she appeared before Emelia Abraquah of the Madina Magistrate Court last Friday. She is to pay an amount to GH�540 or in default serve three months in prison in hard labour.
