President Jacob Zuma met president-elect of Ghana, John Mahama, at Zuma's residence in Nkandla in KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday, the presidency said.
�The two leaders held talks ahead of the attendance by president-elect Mahama of the annual Jacob Zuma RDP Education Trust Christmas party for orphans and the youth,� spokesman Mac Maharaj said.
He said President Zuma would attend the inauguration of Mahama in Ghana on January 7.
Mahama was in South Africa on a private visit.
