An ex-convict, Kwasi Emmanuel has been thrown back to prison by the Juaso Circuit Court over theft.
He has been sentenced to five years imprisonment in hard labour after he pleaded guilty to charges of unlawful damage, unlawful entry and stealing.
Emmanuel had served two previous jail terms for similar offences.
Detective Inspector Thomas Obuor told the court, presided over by Mr Fredrick Tetteh that the latest crime was committed on July 27, at Ofoase.
He said Emmanuel sneaked into a room through a window to steal but was caught right in the act and handed over to the police.
He confessed to the crime in his caution statement and was subsequently arraigned.
