An industrialist, resident in Cape Coast, Mr Horace Ekow Ewusi, has donated GH¢15,000, to anyone who has information leading to the arrest of the armed men who killed Inspector Emmanuel Ashilevi and the breaking of cell at Kwabenya Police Station in Accra last Sunday.
Speaking to Graphic Online after presenting the cheque to the Police Administration in Accra on Tuesday, Mr Ekow commended the Inspector General Police for the efforts being instituted by his administration to track down on the " perpetrators of this heinous crime."
He said since crime knew no political colouration, there was the need for all to contribute towards the arrest of " these social misfits."
He appealed to Ghanaians to support the police administration in getting to the root of this crime and other related criminal activities in the country.
"Our security is very crucial in national development, hence the need for all hands to be on deck" he said.
