The Executive Director of the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI), Mina Mensah, has again called on Parliament to amend the Right to Information Bill (RTI).
She says the bill can be a deterrent to the public if concerns raised are not carefully addressed.
Madam Mensah was speaking at a workshop organised by the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research, (ISSER), on the Right to Information Bill.
She charged the media to speak up and put to light the grievances of the public.
