The Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Asokwa, Maxwell Kofi Jumah, has registered his displeasure at Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, P. C. Appiah Ofori and Dr. Charles Wreko- Brobbey, for insulting each other on radio.
The three leading members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), have captured the headlines in the last few days, for making unsavory remarks at each other as a result of the divergent views they hold with regards to the boycott of the leading opposition partys MPs on the Appointments Committee of Parliament to vet nominated ministers of the President Mahama.
According to the former Asokwa (MP), there is a need to fight with a common goal other than peddling insults at each other.
He pointed out that, this is not the idle time, and the platform they chose was not the best to use to address their misgivings.
He further promised to whip the two honorables and the former boss of the Volta River Authority in-line, by telling them in the face that they are going astray with their behavior towards each other.
The out-spoken former NPP MP told Adom Fm on Wednesday that, all these happens is a deceptive tactic of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) to break the front of the NPP.
Kofi Jumah alleged that he spoke to a friend in the NDC who confirmed a suspicion he posted on facebook that, there is a ploy in the making to sow division in the party because they know the Supreme Court is likely to cancel some of the results to make way for re-voting and that is what is playing out before everybody.
