The former MP for Asokwa constituency, Maxwell Kofi Jumah has said that he is about to embark on a project to prove that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has always arranged the outcome of elections dishonestly in Ghana.

Some of our people call me and say Kofi we want you to run for a national office position in the NPP, but I tell them no, I am not interested because I am about to embark on a project of which I want the whole countrys backing. I want to prove to Ghanaians that since 1992, the NDC has never won elections in Ghana including what brought late President Mills into power.

Speaking on Adom FM, he said he was gathering enough information and evidence so as to strip naked the Electoral Commission (EC).

According to him, the Petitioners in the on-going election 2012 results contestation at the Supreme Court are going to win hands down because their lawyers have admitted that something went wrong but have termed it administrative error and not out of malice.

The former Kumasi mayor made these claims on the back of the trial at the Supreme Court of Ghana, in which three petitioners, namely; Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey are praying the court to annul about 2.6 million votes due to irregularities during the 2012 general elections.

However, Kofi Jumah believes that he can demonstrate that the NDC has never won any election in this country but have a well-organized mechanism of rigging.

I want to prove to all Ghanaians that, the NDC has never won an election before but have a well oiled election fraud machine. It is so well oiled that, in order to expose them, God brought Nana Akufo-Addo to lead the NPP for Ghanaians and the world at large to know the true nature of elections in Ghana, he opined.

He was of the view that, the revelations in the on-going trial coupled with his evidence yet to be fully gathered, elections in Ghana will be truly free and fair.
