Several Ministers at their various ministries have begun presenting their plans and targets they want to achieve for their ministries to President Mahama upon which a performance contract can be signed.
President Mahama did indicate some few weeks ago the need to sign a performance contract with his ministers upon which he can access them accordingly to retain or relieve them off their post.
The Deputy Minister of Information and Media relations, Mr. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, who made this known to the press at the Daily Press Briefing at the flagstaff House explained that the exercise is aimed at ensuring that the various ministries deliver according to the visions and objectives of the President.
He added that the Ministers are also expected to indicate what, when and how they will implement those targets for their ministries within their budget allocations.
