The National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Yaw Boateng-Gyan, has stated that there is no need for the party to change the winning team as it prepares for the 2016 general election.
Responding to comments by former Member of Parliament for Lower Manya Krobo, Mr Michael Tei Nyaunu for NDC delegates not to retain him as National Organiser, Mr Boateng-Gyan said the former MP has no locus to meddle in NDC affairs.
He said as far as he was concerned, Mr Tei-Nyauni ceased to be an NDC member when he joined the breakaway National Democratic Party (NDP) ahead of the 2012 polls.
He said any attempt to do experimentation could be counterproductive because the next general election would be fiercely contested.
He said Mr Tei-Nyaunu has no business to meddle in NDC affairs.
