A leading member of Alan Kyerematen's campaign team, Philip Longdon has debunked claims that the presidential hopeful is buying the conscience of delegates with money.
He described as unfortunate the idea that Alan is spreading money during his campaign tour to seek votes from delegates head of the partys October 18 National Delegates Congress to elect a flagbearer for the party.
Speaking on OKAY FM's Ade Akye Abia Morning Show, Philip Longdon opined that, Alans vision for the party and mother Ghana is far beyond buying delegates with money to win a flagbearership race.
So if he buys the delegates now and win, can he [Alan] buy the whole of Ghana to be the next President? he questioned.
He stressed that, the NPP Presidential hopeful is a business minded person. Alan doesnt dash out money to win elections. He sells his vision to win elections.
Philip Longdon however appealed to delegates to vote Alan to lead the NPP and clinch power for the elephant party come 2016.
