Dr. Henry Lartey has said that come 2016, the Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP) will gather 2.5 miilion votes from the Ashanti Region.
He noted that Ghanaians especially people in the Ashanti Region are tired of the cunning ways of both the New Patriotic Party and the National Democratic Congress and are therefore ready for change.
Dr. Lartey was speaking to the media after the Election of Ashanti Regional Executives of the GCPP.
According to leader and founder of GCPP, Dr. Henry Lartey, necessary actions are being taken to achieve the aim of 2.5million votes from the Ashanti region, a well known stronghold of the New Patriotic Party.
“I have gone door to door everywhere…I’ve gone to offinso, Kokoben, and others, they tell you we have had enough of the two parties we will vote for you”
“Give me two years, just two years, and i will change Ghana. Ashanti’s are business people and so they know that GCPP is looking foward to transform tne business environment, to make sure that we enhance their business capacity..and so they will vote us, they will vote because of what we can give them, not because of NPP or ndc, because they are business people and they will lead Ghana with the business….We have come here and we have conquered, trustme, we have conquered…We are getting 2.5million votes the rest can share whatever is left.”
