Some National Democratic Congress (NDC) constituents in Ketu North are accusing the Chairman, Moses Azaglo of stocking registration booklets of the ongoing biometric exercise. The areas are purported to be strong holds of the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP), James Klutse Avedzi in a bid to make other aspirants vulnerable in the upcoming primaries of the party.
The Chairman has however denied the allegations adding it was inappropriate for him to take sides as a constituency chairman. According to him, he has serialized and endorsed all 92 booklets with his signature in order to ensure that people do not profit from the system by smuggling booklets into the constituency.
Meanwhile, checks at the Afife electoral had some booklets without signatures contradicting what the Chairman said.
