The suspended National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Paul Afoko has sued the NPP and the party’s 1st National Vice Chairman Freddy Blay.
In a suit filed in an Accra High Court today, December 7, 2015, Mr. Afoko in his statement of claim insisted that he is the duly elected Chairman of the NPP.
The New Patriotic Party and Freddy Blay - first and second defendants respectively -, have eight days to respond to the writ.
