Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) has described his earlier disqualification as a presidential candidate by the Electoral Commission (EC) as a needless exercise.
In an interview with Accra based Joy FM in reaction to Wednesday’s clearance of three addition candidates by the EC, Dr Nduom said the entire exercise was a waste of time.
“This is a matter that was not supposed to happen the way it did,” he said, expressing excitement that his decision to petition the High Court has paid off.

Krakye if you have been given a second world war remedial exam change, just thank God and focus.. EC and the court should not have entertained this, if you make a mistake on a submission you should be disqualified period... This is essential are you going to make mistakes on national agreements and ask partners to bring back for rectification incase you become President ???
Papa, just don't mind her. We are with you to create the much needed third force. I believe others will think beyond NDC and NPP and vote massively for you. Only one party will win. So even if we don't win, a third force will put fear in the winner to behave well by minimizing corrupt practices, abuse of power, arrogance and abusive language. Moreover, Parliament needs a 3rd group of MPs whose view will give Ghanaians a better sense of direction as regards debates on important bills for passage into law. It is only those who "CAN'T THINK FAR" and love their parties more than Ghana who will not see wisdom in this.
