NPP Loyal Ladies, a volunteer group of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), has pledged its continued support for the ruling government in terms of entrepreneurial and skills development activities in the country.

Speaking to the media after the Health Walk organized by the group over the weekend, Modesta Adjoa Darbo, the Executive Vice President of the Group, said Loyal Ladies is not only active during campaigns but ready to serve the party at all time.

She said, for this reason, there are series of programme lineups planned for the year 2017 such as vocational training to the youth, catering and soap making.

Also the group will organize workshops among women across the breath and length of this country, which is to help provide the youth with employable skills in order to earn them sustainable income and improve their economic well-being.

Miss Darbo called on government and the private sector to support this course which, in her view, will "help bolster the overall development agenda of the country, provide employment to the teeming unemployed youth and reduce crime.'

She also called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo not to forget to honour some of the key members and bodies like Loyal Ladies who worked tirelessly for his victory.

When asked of her expectation from the ruling government; she said would want to see a flexible economy which will create an enabling environment for the youth.
