Former Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports under former President Mahama's administration, Joseph Yamin says President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his government did an excellent work in taking gallant steps to commence policies.
“I grade President Nana Addo and his government 98% on taking strong steps in initiating projects, but deserve 10% on its sustainability processes”, he indicated.
He mentioned the free Senior High School [SHS] funding and 1district and 1 factory as projects which government has failed to sustain.
But according to him, there is nothing to write home about based on the physical work done when talking about projects commissioned by this government.
Speaking on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ panel discussion segment, Joseph Yamin said his personal prayer for this year is “God should give every Ghanaian the spirit of endurance to withstand the hard days of President Akufo-Addo and his government like he gave Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed that kept them alive after fasting for 40 and 30 days respectively”.

NDC as a political Party has lost credibility and lacks competence. It has a big Leadership deficit and ideas in terms of political will, boldness and policy guidelines intended to be rowed out. You see, if you have a four-year term of Governance to account to the electrorates for a further 4 year, then, you hardly have the space to operate so well that your efforts in terms of positve both macro/micro economic indicators, are felt in the pockets of the electorates. Unless alongside with bold social interventions like Free SHS, School feeding Programm, NHS and what have you. Please note that afore mentioned examples are mainly akin to NPP-Administrations.At this juncture, I would affectionately advice NPP at least to accomplish a moderate 20% of its Projects, to accord her the political space to transform the economy of Ghana as she has boldly set to achieve. Then, the Projects are big and so ambitious that in her first term, solid 20% of it's accomplishment can buy her the politcal space of good will to continue for further 20 years.
Hallo, come on you idioooooot, the Government admits that at this initial stage it is going through some challenges but it is resolved to the success of the programm and hence it's susstainability. How do you at this early stage of the intiative which is not even a year old, assess the 10% sustainability Point. Cearly, this is silly polemic and baseless Propaganda.
