Audio Attachment: Listen to Kwesi Pratt Jnr. |
Kwesi Pratt has called on President Nana Akufo-Addo to swiftly intervene by resolving the controversies surrounding the suspension of Kwabena Agyapong as General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
There's a hint that embattled Kwabena Agyapong intends picking up forms when the party open nominations for persons wishing to contest various executive positions at the national level.
According to sources, he will be vying for the position of General Secretary and be racing against the Acting General Secretary, John Boadu and possibly former Member of Parliament for Bantama, Henry Kwabena Kokofu.
Commenting on the issue on Peace FM's Kokrokoo, Mr. Pratt wondered what the NPP would do if Mr. Agyapong does indeed run for the position.
According to him, though Mr. Agyapong has been suspended, he still remains a member of the party and so his suspension doesn't disqualify him from contesting, which is why there is the need for the President to intervene to avoid any further issues within the NPP.
Mr. Pratt expounded that Mr. Agyapong's suspension has been established by a 3-member Committee within the party to be illegal which then means it's a violation of his right; therefore the NPP "cannot use the suspension to prevent him from contesting. So, these matters have to be resolved properly before Congress. It will be my delight if the President intervenes in the issue to ensure the right thing is done”.
“He still retains all his membership rights and the membership right includes the right to contest for positions in the party. If that’s the case, then what will be the party’s position if he decides to contest for General Secretary?” he questioned.

OOOhh Kwesi Teeth, akyekyedie p3 ne mogya doduo a y3de nsuo na framu but in your case we go use "TURPENTINE". what's ur matter here? try and settle Bagbin and Onaapo first, they are your family members. thank you
Can Kwesi Pratt, the natural parasite, do us a favour by serializing the report of the three member committee that declared Kwabena Agyapong's suspension to be illigal. He may also indicate the source his document. Could it be that Afoko, Kwabena and Mr. Pratt were working together for Jon Mahama during the 2016 electioneering campaign, which might explain why Kwesi is so much interested in the susoension saga? I can't get it why anyone will invite Kwasi to a talk show. The guy has never made any sense in his presentations. This fakke NDC man should leave the NPP alone!
GET AWAY. ARE YOU AN NPP MEMBER? STAY IN YOUR LANE -YOU NDC MAN. SHUT YOUR PROBOSIS,
Hw3 no se (look at his t.eeth) s3 Okraman se.
So now Kwesi speaks for kwabena because they used him. he is not coming back to npp he should remain an ndc informant cos we have won the battle without him and needs him no more.
what has npp's problem got to do with this lazy man? why didnt he called on mahama to intervene when ndc did everything to prevent Gorge Boateng from contest the ndc flagbearership? This guy is out of job now that his allies are in opposition. Anyway, let me give him. Lazy pratt, on behalf of our busy president his excellency Nana Addo, who is currently spending his time fixing the mess you helped the ndc to leave behind, I appoint you to intervene in this matter and report to me in a week. pls pickup ur appointment letter at the npp headquarters and communicate your acceptance of this appointment to me as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to let me know should you need anything. For your information, I am the PRESIDENT of Ghana and just a MEMBER of the npp at this time. So, I have little influence on the decisions of the party which i know you know. But you just want to get me locked in some irrelevant issue that can be handled by the party. I am now interested in the affairs of Ghana and not NPP. THANK YOU!......Signed On behalf of his excellency
NPP Never learns. Kwasi said 3 member committee of NPP declared Kwabina's Suspension illegal. True or false? Answer and stop beating around the ***barred word***. NPP stop perpetrating Injustice.
woaaaaa look that, the commentaries being passed here. Attacking Kwesi's person instead of addressing the issues he has talked about. Everybody who does not have a personal selfish interest in KAA's case can clearly see that, Kwesi is making a lot of sense. Is that the best way the NPP constitution says an elected member should be treated? As if that is not enough, this Obiri guy who was part of the so called c'ttee has already compromise his independence and rather shown his biase and hatred for Kwabena so what else could we have expected? Time will really tell and I think that time is now. We all saw the primaries that Kwabena conducted and that of yaanom(who are just selfish and bent on hanging on to power at all cost). In any case I doff my cap for Kwabena for not causing any uprising. He would have easily gotten a lot more support. This is because all those who sung hallelujah have seen the light after what they have gone through in the recent elections that was conducted and supervised by these acting executives. They didn't know what was happening to Kwabena was an orchestration to seek for some peoples' personal interest. I know it will be easy now for any one who chooses to stand against these incumbents who are power drunks who staged the coup against KAA. By their fruits ye shall know them!!!
Peace fm reporters should please set the cameras and recorders at Aren't a frafraha towards the commandos stretch of the area as the ***barred word*** research institute is digging huge trenches and carting in piles of sand, blocks and chipping to wall of residents most of whom have been living there for the past 15years.Thier next step has been bringing in bulldozers and graders to start a demolition of over these 1000 homes. This has made the daily commute of over 1000 residents there unbearable as most of them cannot go to work with s one even taking leave off work for almost a week to protest. There is also the possibility of a clash with the youth and residents with a demonstration to their office this week.Politicians and civil society must act to avert any danger.Ghana has a housing deficit so if all these houses are demolished where will these people go?Many arm robbers, thiefs, prostitutes, unemployed, drunkards, drug addicts etc etc will be unleashed on society.
Mr teeth has suddenly become the spokesman for Kwabena Agyapong? Any NPP member who associates with this traitor must be watched. Kwabena should dissociate himself from this advocacy from Pratt because it is going to worsen his plight. Was is not this same Pratt who vowed to do all in his power to keep the NPP in opposition? What is his interest now in the NPP? Classic traitor!
