Audio Attachment:Listen to Kweku Baako on Ken Agyapong
Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has challenged Kennedy Agyapong, Member of Parliament for Assin Central, to go all lengths to provide his evidence to expose investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
According to the seasoned journalist, neither he nor Anas is afraid of the threats by the Assin Central MP and will cower in fear because the controversial legislator has descended on the investigative journalist.
Kennedy Agyapong has accused Anas of being an "extortionist, criminal and evil" and vowed to expose his ill manners and activities to Ghanaians to see the calibre of undercover journalist the nation is proud of.
He promised to show a video of Anas receiving bribe coupled with other incriminating evidences.
Earlier this week, as part of fulfilment of his promise; Kennedy Agyapong premiered his version of a video on Anas, which he dubbed "Who Watches the Watchman” to prove his claims that Anas and his Tiger PI crew are not credible.
But commenting on Kokrokoo on Peace FM, Kweku Baako who happens to be Anas' "godfather" dared Kennedy Agyapong to continue his crusade against his protégé.
He stated emphatically that "under no circumstances will Kweku Baako or Anas plead with anybody for Kennedy Agyapong to stop what he wants to do. Kennedy Agyapong has the right to continue his crusade against Anas…"
He added that "fear is out of Kweku Baako’s system long ago”.
"I, especially, am not a coward and I don’t beg people to do me a favour because I’m wrong. It will not happen. It just will not happen. I haven’t done that before, so it is not going to happen. If you have something against me, put it out and let’s deal with it...I purged fear out of my system long [long] ago", he told host Nana Yaw Kesseh.
