Ghanaians have demonstrated that they are still deeply in love with John Mahama. False allegations against his person and his government, lies peddling. Nothing seems to matter. Former President John Mahama’s popularity remains Teflon-coated.
Nearly two years since he left power, nearly nine of ten Ghanaians hold a favourable opinion of him. The former President remains the tallest among his peers. The public’s positive assessment of former President John Mahama is buoyed by his achievements in office. More than eight in 10 say the economic conditions during his time were far far better than what they witnessing under the current administration.
Majority of Ghanaians say he handled unemployment, corruption, poverty, agriculture issues better than the current administration.
Comments by Ghanaians across the country indicate that people were satisfied with the direction in which the country was being steered by Mr Mahama and the state of the economy under his watch despite few controversial decisions he took.
Ghanaians have practically demonstrated their trust and confidence in the leadership of John Mahama. Thousands of Ghanaians across the country today stormed the office of the former President to voluntarily donate towards his filing fee. The support being offered the former President is unprecedented. No candidate in the history of our fourth republic has received that massive national support. His overwhelming support extends across Ghana
The big reason behind the increased public support to former President John Mahama is the abysmal performance of the current administration, the failed promises, the lies and peddling of falsehoods, corruption, nepotism and arrogance. Eight of of ten Ghanaians say the economic conditions under the current administration is very very bad.
Ghanaians via their contributions, comments etc, have sent a clear message to the NDC that the 2020 election is not going to be a battle between the NDC and its main political opponents, but a battle between the suffering masses and the oppressors. What happened at the office of the former President, statement issued by the market women, contribution by the spare parts dealers, contribution by the actresses and actors, the Kente weavers, the University lecturers should tell all that Ghanaians are not ready for experimentation. The determination to bring back John Mahama is very very high.

Hahaha Mahama?
OOOOH PEACFM LIES, LIES, LIES ALL OVER THE PLACE. ARE THEY NOT NDC SUPPORTERS?
It is so sad how the media tries to cheapen Ghanaians. This picture was taken in 2015 and not current. Besides, if Jm was alleged to have bribe the delegates to the NDC executives congress to bait them for Asiedu Nketia and Ofosu Ampofo, what is difficult for JM to bribe such visionleeeees Ghanaians to do such a thing. Besides, during his regime are you people aware that several people were unemployed yet received salaries from YEA, LEAP and other state agencies? Even my watchman was taken allowances free of charge. Well I have one vote so lets see what happens. Whether A or B, my work remain intact and progressive with dynamic policies.
