Reports reaching DGN Online indicates that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has ‘hired’ some Togolese ‘mercenaries’ to demonstrate against President Nana Akufo-Addo in New York, USA.
Some of the demonstrators have their t-shirts boldly embossed Togo flags in them.
Some have white placards with Togo on them as well.
DGN Online is informed that the people demonstrating were those who had earlier staged a demo against the President of Togo, Faure.
Some of the ‘Togolese’ demonstrators wield placards with inscriptions “Ghana is not for sale to the Chinese,” “Flagstaff House Menzgold Fraudsters.” President Akufo-Addo is in the US for the 74th session of the UN General Assembly.
He delivered an address last night to the Assembly in New York, calling for a fight against poverty, and exploitation of Africa.
