Several people, particularly musicians, movies star, media men, business men, Politicians and other stakeholders in the entertainment industry gathered at Abrantie Spot at Lapaz, last Saturday January 16 to mourn with friends and family of the late Isaac Yeboah.
Some familiar faces spotted included actors Ajors, Actress Jackie Appiah; Movie Producers Socrates Safo and Alhaji Ahmed Banda (Bandex); Highlife artistes Amakye Dede, Nana Ampadu, Oheneba Kissi, Akosua Agyepong, politician Kofi Wayo, George Quaye of GH One TV and Charterhouse, Dr. Cann of Happy FM, Kwasi Aboagye of Despite Group, among others.
The late Isaac Yeboah’s wife, Nana Dokuaa Adobea and his sons, his mother and his entire extended family were also present. The traditional one week observation was delayed for a week so Amakye Dede, who was on admission, could be a part of it.
Isaac Yeboah, Amakye Dede and his bodyguard were involved in a motor accident at Nsutam on the Accra- Kumasi Highway in the Eastern Region on New Year’s Day.
The accident claimed the life of Isaac Yeboah and left Amakye Dede and his body guard, Prince Mensah, 43, sustaining severe injuries.
Isaac Yeboah has been the Editor for the P&P newspaper for many years and he was also a regular contributor to several entertainment radio shows in Ghana.
Isaac Yeboah will be buried on January 29, 2016.
