“Beasts of No Nation” which stars youngster, Abraham Attah, has secured a nomination at the 2016 BET Awards.
The list of nominees released on Friday saw the award winning movie nominated alongside “Concussion”, “Creed”, “Dope” and “Straight Outta Compton” for the “Best Movie” category.
“Beasts of No Nation” written, shot, and directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, is about a young boy, Agu (Played by Abraham Attah) who survives as his country goes through a horrific war.
It also stars Idris Elba, Ama K. Abebrese, Grace Nortey, David Dontoh, and among others.
