Kumawood actor Lilwin has refused to back down after news emerged of Martha Ankomah suing him – he’s reiterated that she’s an idiot!
Actress Martha Ankomah has dragged her colleague Lilwin, born Kwadwo Nkansah, to court for defamation.
This follows a long rant by Lilwin in which he railed against Ankomah based on comments he claimed she passed to a Kumawood director.
The director, Frank Garbin, had contacted Ankomah for a role and she turned it down.
However, Garbin told Lilwin that Ankomah said she was turning down the movie because Kumawood scripts don’t make sense, infuriating the actor.
He slammed her in a video released last week, calling her an idiot, broke, and said she’s not even famous.
He rained insults on her and insinuated she makes money by sleeping with powerful people.
Ankomah did not take that lying down and took the issue to court, but Lilwin is not backing down.
Sharing a famous video of Asiedu Nketia, Lilwin called Ankomah an idiot once again!

Nice make up. I love it.
But for a corrupt justice system in Ghana Martha has a solid case. Clearly ,you don't even need to be a judge or lawyer to know that telling someone that he sleeps with big men to make money is defamatory. What is your proof? Lil Win is one of those people when they have some little fame and make some little money they think the rules don't apply to them again. He should go before a judge and his eyes will clear for him to know that in Ghana there is a law on defamation and slander. Kurasini! If someone turns down a movie role what is wrong with that? And by the way the robbish they produce in the so-called Kumawood and don't tolerate criticisms which would make them better is what has led to the collapse of kumawood. Sometimes the truth is bitter to swallow but has a healing effect.
