It was a moment to tell the world that food for health is critical in our daily pursuit for productivity. Believing that the hospitality industry is one area of great concern, the nation as a whole should introduce a check and balance system for food service providers to ensure a degree of food hygiene and safety across board. This approach with regular healthy exercises will help to arrest certain diseases that affect our performance.

He added that healthy diet education should be one of the core values to be espoused from an early upbringing in our homes. Fruits and vegetables are as important as drinking enough water daily, he said.
