Monday night’s BIG BROTHER REVOLUTION nomination show on M-Net (19 October, 20:00 CAT) left Quinn & Kristal and Kevin & Elizabeth up for eviction after Head of House Leonel’s intervention to save himself and Comrade in Arms Mzamo.

With all the nominations in, Big Brother announced that Mzamo/Leonel and Quinn/Kristal were up for eviction this week. Quinn fell to the floor in mock shock, having earlier told Leonel that he could nominate him.

Leonel was then called to the Diary Room and asked to save and replace a housemate pairing. He chose to save himself and his Comrade in Arms, Mzamo, putting Elizabeth and Kevin in their place.

The day’s nominations kicked off with the new HoH as Leonel nominated Nkenna “because she meddles too much”, calling her strategy to be the resident counselor “very clever”. He also nominated Quinn, saying that he’s put their friendship aside and nominated him only because he is a smart guy.

Elizabeth gave Quinn his second nomination of the day, because he and Kristal are very strong as a pair and the alliance of Jeremy, Emma, herself and Kevin had made the decision to get rid of him. She chose Leonel as her second nominee.

Jeremy was next in the diary room, nominating Mzamo because he felt that Leonel would save her, with his second nomination going to Itai. Kristal nominated Jeremy, calling it an “easy choice” as she isn’t close to him, and Leonel, who she said could save himself.

Mzamo started her nomination session by asking Big Brother if she could nominate herself, but Big Brother said “no”. She then chose to nominate Jeremy and Elizabeth, telling Big Brother that Elizabeth has a ‘troubled spirit’ and had changed since the ladies left the Palace.

Edward is still clearly unhappy about seeing his friends Hannington and Yacob being evicted from the house and nominated Itai for his role in sending them home. His loyalty to his Comrade in Arms saw him nominate Quinn for almost dividing “Jemma” (Jeremy & Emma) through nomination. Nkenna’s first nomination was Leonel because she knows he can save himself and her second for Edward, saying that she had no choice, as she couldn’t nominate her countrymen.

Emma backed her Comrade in Arms by nominating Itai, and got her own revenge by nominating Quinn. Quinn nominated Mzamo and “the usual” Itai, Itai chose Edward and Leonel, Kevin nominated Mzamo and Kristal and Geraldine named Kristal and Leonel as her choices.

The nominations ran as follows: Mzamo/Leonel (8), Quinn/Kristal (6), Itai/Nkenna (5), Jeremy/Geraldine (2), Edward/Emma (2) and Elizabeth/Kevin (1). Now it’s up to Africa to decide who stays in the house – and voting to keep your favourite BIG BROTHER REVOLUTION housemate in the game couldn’t be easier.
