SMILING footballer Fabrice Muamba proudly carries the Olympic flame yesterday and thanked God for his miracle recovery.
The Bolton Wanderers star, 24, was cheered by thousands as he ended day 64 of the torch relay by lighting a cauldron in Walthamstow, East London.
His big moment came just four months after his heart stopped beating during a match.
Fab said: What happened to me is a miracle and I thank God Im alive and able to do this now.
