Former Asante Kotoko striker Mark Amofah has expressed his excitement for Ghana's national U20 side who beat Brazil 4-3 on penalties in the Fifa U20 World Cup final in Egypt.
Congratulatory messages have poured in from corridors of the game to the Black Satellites after the famous and historic. The former Bloemfontein Celtic striker doesn't want to be left out.
"When Ghana beat South Africa I knew they were going to win the World Cup. Yes, Brazil is always a major force in football, but they were not impressive. I am so happy to know that at last we have made the African continent proud. I was very impressed with the performance of the guys, but Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu was my favourite," revealed Amofah.
