Ghanaian teenager Richard Boateng is among players tipped by Spanish football experts to excel in the countrys top-flight this season.
The 19-year-old, the kid brother of Ghana midfielder Derek Boateng, joined Spanish top-flight outfit Granada on a season-long loan deal from Italian side Udinese.
He has already excelled in the teams pre-season scoring one goal in the four matches they have played in the pre-season.
His performance in the pre-season matches as an offensive midfielder has drawn huge praise from Spanish newspapers, who have compared him to his brother.
Others have gone ahead to predict that Richard will be the revelation of the tough Spanish La Liga when the league starts later this month.
Boateng moved to Granada for regular playing time after failing to make an appearance for Udinese since joining last season.
Boateng is a product of Ghanaian local side Liberty Professionals, the club that nurtured Michael Essien, Asamoah Gyan, Kwadwo Asamoah, Sulley Muntari and John Paintsil.
He was a member of the Liberty U-19 squad that won silver at the Gothia Cup in 2008.
