Blue Square Bet Premier side Grimsby Town have signed defender Will Antwi on loan until 31 December.
The Ghanaian, 29, is only on a six-month contract at Luton, after a trial in the summer.
He should make his debut against Kettering on Saturday.
Meanwhile, former chairman John Fenty has returned to the board after a meeting of shareholders at the annual general meeting.
Fenty, 50, stepped down in September after losing overall control of the club to rival shareholder Mike Parker.
Since then Parker has disposed of a significant number of his shares to the Grimsby Supporters Trust.
The position of chairman has been unfilled since Fenty left the board and has yet to be filled.
