Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic will find out on Wednesday whether he can continue with the Black Stars.

A two-day meeting by the Ghana Football Association has been examining reports into the performance of the squad and the Serbian coach during the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.

The results of the reports into Ghana’s disappointing performance in the tournament will be unveiled by the federation at a press conference at 1500 GMT.

The Black Stars management committee, the body which oversees all matters relating to the senior national team, will also unveil its report into the team’s showing at the Nations Cup.

The body will also unveil its decision on the future of the coach during the press conference.

The Serbian has been under intense pressure after failing to guide the Black Stars to end a 30-year wait for a continental title in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.

Ghana were eliminated by Zambia in the semi-final of the tournament despite the dominating the game but there have calls for Stevanovic to be sacked.

Stevanovic’s first defeat in an official game was the match against Zambia after winning all his qualifying matches with style including difficult away matches against Sudan and Congo.

He was also instrumental in the historic 1-1 draw against England in Wembley last year while the Black Stars impressed despite losing 1-0 to Brazil in England.

But some have been critical of the performance of Stevanovic’s performance claiming he did not take his best players to the tournament.

The 45-year-old’s current deal expires in January 2013, the same month as next year’s Nations Cup will be held.

Ghana will start their 2014 World Cup qualifiers in four months’ time as they face Lesotho and Africa Cup of Nations title holders Zambia in June.
