Kotoko�s troublesome yet prolific striker, Ahmed Toure, whose absence in Kumasi attracted hundreds of questions on his whereabouts has finally touched base in Kumasi to join his colleagues for the second round of the 2011/12 season.
The player was given two weeks compassion leave to go and visit his sick mother in his native country, La Cote d�Ivoire, about a month ago but he reneged on meeting his return date.
Calls went to him whilst away and he kept postponing his return date.
This caused a lot of apprehension and concern among Kotoko supporters who got worried about the absence of their darling player as the team got ready for the second round of the season.
Speaking to asantekotokosc.com, Toure assured all that he is back and that he was willing and ready to play his heart out to compensate fans and the team for his long absence.
