Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has made one change to his starting line-up to face Zambia in Saturdays Brazil 2014 World Cup qualifier.
Germany-based defender Isaac Vorsah has replaced Jerry Akaminko who partnered John Boye in the 7-0 thrashing of Lesotho last week at home.
The TSG Hoffenheim man missed the previous qualifying round due to suspension.
